Today's post includes a Mother's Day card I made for my daughter Deena who lives in California. One of the bad things about living so far apart is that I don't get to spend very many holidays with her and her family.
No stamping on this card - not even for the sentiment! One of the things I like about computer generated sentiments is that you can personalize it as much as you want!
This gorgeous paper is from K&Company. I found this paper at Michael's when I was in Fort Smith attending Michelle Zindorf's brayer class last month.
Recipe:
- Stamp: None - sentiment computer generated
- Paper: Very Vanilla, Rose Red, Brenda Walton Designer Paper by K&Company
- Ink: None
- Accessories: Label 3 Nestabilities, Rose Grosgrain Ribbon, Rich Regal Eyelets
Thanks for visiting!

Gorgeous card! I love that paper you used and how elegant and simple the card is with just the background paper, ribbon and sentiment.
I understand how hard is is to be seperated from our families during the holidays. I use to live far from my mom and it was hard during the holidays but that made the time we did get to spend together mean so much more. I hope you have a great Mother's Day!

It IS gorgeous paper, like a water color painting. This is a lovely Mother's Day card for your daughter. I have family out of state too, and it is very difficult around any of the holidays.

Wow, this is amazing!!! I am so loving the way you created your own personalized sentiment. That is something I want to start doing more of. I know she will love it.

Love the artsy style to this one. I love K & Co papers too.
